My iPhone 6s Plus shows up to date on software which is 12. Something and my 6s has an update of 14.2...why isn’t 14.2 available for the 6s plus?

Apple has chosen to keep the iPhone 6s at iOS 12.x
If you need iOS 14, you need a newer phone.
