Several issues after installing Windows on Mac via Boot Camp

Hi, I am experiencing some issues with MacOS after I have installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro 2017. After successful installation of Windows with Boot Camp (no errors or any problems during installation) I have noticed the following problems:

  • I am not able to check details about my storage (In About this Mac -> Storage panel)
  • In disk utility view of partition is quite strange - volumes looks like unmounted, no details about data etc.
  • I am not able to use TouchID - I cannot add fingerprint (previous one disappeared) - "Fingerprint limit reached" error
  • After pressing 'Continue' in Boot Camp Assistant welcome window, after few minutes below message is shown.
Unable to read the Windows partition
Boot Camp Assistant was unable to verify if the Windows partition contains a Windows installation. This may be because BitLocker is enabled on the partition. If so, disable BitLocker on the disk before removing Boot Camp.

BitLocker is not enabled on BOOTCAMP (C:) partition in Windows. I've tried the steps described here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209102. Actually, I have 'Free space' section (10 GB) but I can't remove it (minus button is grayed out with the message 'This container can’t be split, because one or more of its volumes is not mounted.')

  • I am not able to select startup disk from MacOS or from Windows Control Panel/Boot Camp assistant. I can only change it during boot.

Here's diskutil list result:

Luckily I am able to switch between MacOS and Windows during boot. Everything seems to work beside above issues. However, I am worried that something went wrong and it will be difficult to remove Windows from my Mac (I need it only for 1 week, because of my studies). Is it possible to do something so everything will act as it should? Thanks for any advice.

I've tried to add screenshots but there were some trouble while submitting my post with them :(

You seem to be on macOS Big Sur.

  • The APFS volume seems to be corrupted.
  • You have a 10Gb partition, which should be OSXRESERVED. This is normally removed after Windows installation is completed, but seems to have failed, due to underlying APFS issues.
  • Do you have a Time Machine backup of the Mac side, before you tried to install Windows?
