Photo abnormal for Portrait photo with Wide Lens

Hi,

I have an issue for Portrait photo that captured by Wide angel lens. The photo mess up like this >> https://share.icloud.com/photos/0q_zYZNQ-1GCxyo8AdMh7UPeQ

However, while I take a photo with normal lens the picture is fine >> https://share.icloud.com/photos/0kl404kMsiCHfqhScsHvKmZLA

I would like to ask that this issue happen because the Software or Hardware? And how can I fix this issue?

iPhone 12 Pro with 14.2.1
