I can not remember my security questions. I do have my ID and password though. I have followed the various links provided by Apple however, this just ends up in a never ending circular vortex without solution.
What should I do?

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

Thank you for that. I went to iforgot.apple.com and clicked "forgot security questions". Can you believe it, the next page was "enter your first pet's name". What?? who ever programmed this was not thinking.
So, if I can't remember ever setting these security questions, and if as you say the reps won't help you update them, then is a person SOL ??
What's even more stupid is that I can login to my Apple account.
I am in Canada, does this make a difference?
