i cant use my old num

i ask about my other acc icloud i cant open it cuse i cant use my old number but i remebr password and apple id

and i have tha same phone that i use on it

Do you need a verification code? See if anything here helps. If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.
