MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), Big Sur FPS issue

Good day.

After updating to Big Sur my Mac give 5 fps. I can use programs/games but watching video is impossible. Can watch only with 144p. The same with face time and video in library. Do somebody know how to fix it?

Guys, I have found out how to fix it.

⌥Option(Alt) + ⌘Cmd + P + R had fixed it.
