I cannot receive or make calls on new iPhone 11
Yesterday I purchased an iPhone 11. I set it up according to directions. Today I cannot receive or make calls on it. Suggestions?

Did you activate it with an active SIM from your cellular carrier? You can check the information in this support document as well. If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
