iPhone storage not showing up colour difference based on the content stored

i am actually using iPhone 12 mini I used to setup this phone from my iPhone XS backup from iCloud but I have noticed that under general and storage option when I see iPhone storage I can see all the usage space is showing as grey colour instead showin in different colour based on contents we have on phone like app, photo, music and so on. Not sure what is the reason I tried all the option like restart, setup the phone again from cloud backup, sync with iTunes added new content and deleted the content in phone but no luck any one has any idea on how to resolve this or any one had same issue
