Proplem with Apple store

i have a proplem with downloading in AppStore whenever I want to download a app it says that u need to use ur Apple ID and I did then it doesn’t let me download it . And whenever I press in my account it’s says but ur Apple ID and password and I did but then it resets again and nothing happens .
