Enabling the accessibility mode

I recently purchased an iPhone 11. I want to enable the accessibility mode. I was able to go to settings and do that however, I can not click and drag. I use the joystick from my powerchair in Bluetooth mode to move the circle/ curser from my power wheelchair. It’s does it allow me to drag and click to go to the next page. I was able to only go to an app from the presented screen and click that. When I asked my parents to use the touch screen to drag for me since I could not using my joystick, the screen froze and the touch on the screen did it work. I had to let the battery drain. I am hoping that you can help me with this matter.

In the mean time if the screen freezes again, don’t let the phone run down to turn it off. You should first ask your parent to try this Forced Restart procedure.
