Why does my iphone say weak security?

I called AT&T and they said they updated everything.However my Wi-Fi still says weak security Why?

you need to figure out how to do that. This is a support community for Apple products.


look at the model of your router, google it and find an instruction manual.

or if you originally called AT&T because they provided it for you, then call them back and ask how to change your password.


as far as the weak security notification goes. The router needs to have it's security settings changed to more secure settings, outlined in this support article
