itunes folder does not appear in music folder win10

I am having problems finding my music files. I have Window 10 and the latest version of iTunes (12.11.0.26). In the screenshot below, the top window shows what I see when I go through Explorer. There is no iTunes folder visible, even though I have changed folder options to show hidden files. None of this music is currently available for play in iTunes.


The bottom window show what I see when I ask iTunes to show where my recently downloaded music is.


By way of background, I got a new PC running Windows 10 and tried to move apparently unsuccessfully my music over. So it seems I now have two different collections, an older one unavailable and a newer one not visible/reachable.
