How do I go to a previous episode of shows on Apple TV ?

You can go to a previous episode by first going to a show’s Details page, then select the wanted episode.
From Up Next: Press-and-hold the tile for any episode, then choose Details from the contextual menu.
From Search: Search the show’s name.
From Library: Go to your library, then select the show.
For subscription channels: Go the the Channel’s main page, then select the show.
