My activity keeps resetting on my watch.

I did a workout this morning and my watch recorded it. I took my watch off to shower and put it back on, now my rings are back to zero. But when I click on the rings it shows my activity. Any thoughts?

World clock complications not refreshing For a few weeks now, world clock complications on modular watch faces do not refresh on my Apple Watch 4. I have an iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.1.1. This has actually made me miss appointments because I look at the digital time display in the complications when I’m working. They don’t refresh by opening the app, having world clock in the dock, resetting my watch, erasing it, re-pairing it, restarting my phone and watch, or turning off background app refreshing and turning it back on and restarting. I’ve also tried turning wifi and Bluetooth and airplane mode on and off and restarting in different combinations. The only way the complications refresh is by having two faces with the complications at least two faces apart and swiping over to the other one. Then they both update. But it’s really inconvenient to need to swipe twice every time I want to look at my watch. anyone have any new suggestions for fixing this? It seems like it’s an issue with the latest update, but thought I’d try asking.

I have a spinning circle on screen. How do I get watch to turn on? My watch has the spinning circle. Will not turn on. I recently received message that storage was full so I deleted any appropriate apps.

We're glad you thought to reach out to Apple Support Communities about your Activity rings going back to zero after removing your Apple Watch. It's good that the data shows when tapping on the rings. Does this happen often, or is this a one time occurrence? If you haven't already, see if restarting your Apple Watch and your paired iPhone resolves this? Restarting can resolve many odd issues.
