I've recently bought and iPhone and trying to set it up but to download apps its asking for my bank details I've put my bank details in but its saying they are wrong and declines it even though all the information is correct

I've checked my country of what payment methods are allowed and it allows credit/debit cards it's my debit card it wont accept
