Brightness on my Touch Bar
Why won't my Touch Bar turn on? Its completely dark and this Mac is fairly new.

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
if no resolve
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
if that does not sort it, typically it is a hardware issue:
call AppleCare Support at 1-800-APLCARE (800-275-2273)
