Disabled phone

My screen on my Iphone XS cracked and then was totally inoperable. I guess while pressing on the black screen, it eventually disabled the phone based on too many wrong security code entries, I suppose. Either way, by the time I got the phone screen fixed, the only thing showing on the screen is "Phone is disabled. Connect to ITunes." What do I do?
