Siri suggestions.

When I connect my Bluetooth device I get a small banner suggestion below app switcher. I searched on the Google about it and all the threads had a common answer that it will go if you remove your Siri suggestions widget. I already tried it. But it didn't work for me.

Hey judysings, thanks for your reply. I have one more question.

In this latest update there is feature that when we connect Bluetooth device a suggested/ recently played songs are shown on the lock screen. This suggestions automatically disappears after 5 minutes. But having my Bluetooth device still connected when I phone call someone or when my alarm rings this suggestions appears again and then automatically disappears after 5 minutes.

Is this a normal behaviour.

If yes please explain the concept behind it.

If not please help.

Good day.

Hey meet51,

We're glad you thought to reach out to Apple Support Communities about the notification that appears in the App Switcher when a Bluetooth device is connected. You're able to completely turn off Siri Suggestions by tapping Settings > Siri & Search. Scroll down to "Siri Suggestions" to turn this off. You'll then want to Restart your iPhone for the changes to take effect. Do you still show the notification on the App Switcher after turning those off?

If you prefer to leave Siri Suggestions on, you're also able to adjust this within the app settings too. In the screenshot it shows Instagram, so you would tap Settings > Instagram > Siri & Search, then turn off "Learn from this App".
