How to recover pictures from a phone I no longer have but I know my iCloud was backed up to it
I lost my old phone how do I get my pictures from it? I think I had another iCloud account

Forget the phone if it is gone. You'll get nothing from it.
If that missing phone was syncing with an iCloud account, sign in to it and see if your photos are there.
