New 12 pro

I downloaded the information from the old phone but the new phone says No Sim in the settings. Both old and new phones are currently on

iPhone 11 Pro

You can remove the active SIM card from your old iPhone and install it in your new iPhone 12 Pro. This will move the cell service to the new iPhone. Note that your old SIM card may not work in the iPhone 12 PRO due to 5G requirements. If it doesn't then contact your carrier and have them give you some direction.
