Can't access store from iphone after updating emaill address

I updated my email address on itunes in my account settings. itunes on my pc behaves normally. However, my iphone seems "stuck" trying to access my account via the old email address/userid. I looked all through settings and can't find anywhere to change/update it. How do I get my iphone to access the apple store with the correct userid? TIA...
