You should not need to download any drivers since macOS should automatically do this for you if necessary. Here is an Apple article with instructions on how to install & setup a printer:

the HP Support page for your printer then click on the link below.
Make sure the operating system selector is set for macOS Catalina 10.15
there you will see a download for the HP Easy Start app, which once you download
and then run will download any drivers necessary.
