Make albums appear as list (not grid) in iPod Touch 6th Gen

When I view the albums on my 6th generation iPod Touch, they appear in grid form (so each album has a square cover, and only 4 albums fit on the screen as I am scrolling down). How can I make the albums appear in a list instead, with no album covers?

Option to Always Show Complete Album I'm running into this often. I want to play a song that I know is on an album, sometimes on my computer, on my phone or in CarPlay, but when I scroll through the list that song and others aren't there until I click on "Show Complete Album" at the bottom of the list. I don't want to do this every time. Is there a way to turn on "Always Show Complete Album" somewhere?
