We understand that you want to know how to confirm if your iPhone was erased. If you erased the iPhone through Find My iPhone, you would receive a confirmation emails at your Apple ID address. If you erased the iPhone from the device itself, it will start up to the welcome screen and prompt you to set the phone up if it was correctly erased.
