Traditional Chinese typing

I have used IPhone 8 for 2 years. I am satisfied with everything except the traditional Chinese word choice. In the past, I input symbols and it present the vocabulary which I want. However, the word choice is getting worse and worse. I can’t even find the vocabulary which I want. I hope Apple can improve this problem. Does anyone have the same problem?

I just added Japanese to the keyboard but I can’t access it when switching the alphabet Hello, I’ve had three languages on my keyboard - Bulgarian, English and French.
