Repair period for iPhones under warranty

I have sent my iphone for repair due to face ID. Issues , and the store in Amman have took the iphone from 20-Jan-2020 and until now they don’t fix the issue yet and they keep promising that your issue will be solved soon by giving you a new device as my device was under warranty .

who will compensate on the time that passed without having a new phone or does that a normal case within apple customers?!

11 months would be a VERY long time in the U.S., and I would assume Jordan also. Is the place you sent it an official Apple affiliate? If so, contact apple support-Jordan at the following link:

If they are just a reseller, then you will have to deal directly with them; Apple would not be involved.
