how to pay pending purchase history?

I have some purchase history that is in pending status, but i have delete that app. So how can i pay that history purchase so i can download some other apps from store?

While items which haven't yet been processed are showing as pending, you can still remove the app from your device. The payment will process whether you're using the app or not. If you have noticed that the payment has been pending for some time, you may need to update your payment information.
