How do I get the Memoji face that I created to show up on my watch face?

I have Apple Watch Series 6, Version 7.1 and my iPhone is 11 Pro Max IOS 14.2. I can create my Memoji face on both my watch and on the app on the phone. But, the screen will only show animals, NOT the Memoji of my face. I've tried deleting it and re-doing it as well as holding the screen down on the watch to edit it and that doesn't fix it. How am I supposed to get the Memoji to show up on my watch face?
