Apple Pencil compatibility with iPad 5th generation
Since updating my system to the iPadOS 14, will the Apple Pencil work with iPad (5th generation)?

Sorry no. It'n not only a matter of Operating System, it's also a matter of hardware compatibility, and iPad 5th gen cannot support it.
