Siri can’t hear me. Please don’t respond with the standard response to turn Siri on and off. When I do this to try to reset Siri, the first prompt is to say “Hey Siri”. When I do this, she cannot hear me. This all started when my phone automatically connected to our company car. I have been disconnected from the car ever since but still no Siri. Please help. I miss her.

Are you running the most recent version of iOS on the iPhone?
Do you know if there are any other audio related apps having issues picking up your voice?
Take a look at the articles below. We'd also recommend testing by creating a voice memo to test as well.
If you have a protective case or screen protector, we would suggest removing both to help isolate.

I do have the latest operating system. There are no other audio issues. I just created a voice memo and it worked with no problems at all. Any other ideas?

Do you have a case or screen protector installed on the iPhone?
If so, does the issue continue after removing both?
Does this seem to occur using the iPhone itself or are you using a Bluetooth headset or a wired headset?
Can you test with Bluetooth disabled in Control Center?
Also, just to confirm if you navigate to Settings > Accessibility, is Sound Recognition on? If Sound Recognition is turned on, you can't use "Hey Siri. Once you're able to check these settings be sure to test the issue. If you continue to run into complications, you can reach out to Apple Support directly to help report the issue.
