I’m not 100% sure if it is true, but no matter how many times I change my password, I get alerts saying “my Apple account was used to purchase this” or “my Apple Watch is being used to FaceTime” when I never bought this item, and my Apple Watch is turned off. I have changed my password each time. I still don’t know what too do.

You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
