Unable to pair my iPhone to MacBook Pro for iOS app development

Dear Team -

I'm using macOS Big Sur, Xcode 12.2, and iPhone XR running on iOS 14.2.

I'm trying to deploy the iOS app from Xcode onto my iPad.

I connected iPad to Mac and open Finder

I see the iPad on the sidebar.

Clicked on it, I see the "Trust" button on the right side

Clicked on the "Trust" button on Mac, and I get an alert "Trust" on iPad

I entered a passcode to set up the "Trust"

I don't see any progress further. That means pairing is not successful. I get sometimes "Trust errors" as well.

Open Xcode -> Windows -> Devices & Simulators. I see device there.

Please help me how to pair the device with Mac. Same with iPhone as well.

Im using Apple cables only for connecting the device.

Thanks, Manju
