Can I remove Adobe Flash?

I'm running a MacPro (late 2013) with macOS Big Sur 11.0.1. Adobe Flash NPAPI Plug-in version 32.0.0.465 is installed. I get the update pop-ups & ignore them.

Is it OK to delete flash altogether? If so, what's the best way to uninstall?

As always, thank you!

Mac Pro, macOS 11.0

Adobe Flash Player is discontinued by Adobe and will no longer run after January 12. Most sites quit using it long ago. You can uninstall it. The following may help: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html
