Incoming call voice problem

I am facing a great problem in iPhone XS Max. In incoming call no one hear my voice but I hear them. I force restart my iPhone then the problem solve but after some 1week same problem. It happened when I update iOS 14.2🙂 what I do now???whats app call massenger call all is ok but phone call not working !
