how I transfer my email accounts from my previous Iphone to the new ones without doing all the things from 0? My meaning is my new phone does not have my email accounts as on my previous phone.

What exactly do you mean by "0?"
Typically, when you set up your new iPhone, you would use the initial process to transfer all of your data, including your email account settings.

Hmm, not sure why they didn't transfer as well. Regardless, you still should be able to add them to your new phone. Pretty much the same way you did so originally with the old one.
From 0 I mean, without doing all again. I did all the transfer of contacts, picture, with the Icloud but the emails account does not appear.
