Creating a message group

I have an iPhone 6S, IO 14.3 release. I’m trying to name a text message group with all IPhone Users. When I’m in my texting message and go to “info” the create “group” icon does not appear based on the iPhone instructions.

Group texts to Android not working I had an iPhone 11 and transferred everything to a new iPhone 14 Pro. I have a group text with 3 iPhone users and 1 Android user. It was working with the iPhone 11, but when I tried to use an iMessage group text to them, it always said, “Not delivered” and I don’t get any texts from the group anymore (doesn’t show as an error to any of them). I tried all of the online tips of updating, deleting, restarting, checking SMS settings, and resetting network settings. I tried messaging everyone individually and texts all worked, even with the Android user. What can I do? It’s ridiculous!

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having some trouble naming a group message in the Messages app, correct? If so, we'd love to help. Please tell us what happens when you try to tap on the screen to add the name as shown in the photo when following the steps we've linked below.
