How do you report an app on the App Store that is being used to steal Apple ID and passwords

There is an app called “Quick Support” in the App Store that scammers in India are using to steal Apple ID and password. They call you and say you cloud account has been hacked then direct you to download the app an enter your information. The same people do it with your Amazon account and password by saying someone is purchased an iPhone with you Amazon account. Please disable or remove this app. I am posting this here because I cannot find a way to get the information to Apple.
