Delete old apple id and icloud account
I have just bought a iphone 6 second hand but their account detsils are still on my iphone how can i delete these?

You need the assistance of the previous owner. See information in How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
If the previous owner doesn't help, try to get a refund if you purchased through a 3rd party such as ebay as there is no known way to bypass activation lock.
