A strip of the phone not working on 2 different iPhone 11’s.

So I had to exchange my daughters first iPhone 11 because when we took it to Geek Squad they ran a diagnostic test and noticed a strip that ran vertical through the letters “h” and “b” that doesn’t work. Now we’re having the same issues with a completely different iPhone 11 but it’s not the same vertical strip. Anyone else having this issue with the 11’s?
