Amazon prime us telling me that they are not receiving payment from Apple Pay

I’m receiving receipts from Apple for Amazon Prime video but Amazon is telling me they are not receiving payments

We understand that you're having an issue with your payments to Amazon Prime. As this is a public discussion forum, we'll do the best we can to help. You mention Apple Pay. If you're using Apple Pay, does it appear in your transactions history: How to use Apple Pay


You may also want to check your subscriptions to see if it appears there: See or cancel your subscriptions
