Has anyone had problems with an app called Robokiller? I cannot seem to get it off my phone. I have deleted it, I have disabled it, I have Emailed the company and heard nothing back. It will not let any calls ring through.

If you get that resolved, you may want to consider Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers instead. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
