When will Apple Fitness 3 months free available in Korea?

I did purchase Apple watch SE for fitness plus subscription 2 months ago. However today IOS 14.3 did not bring fitness plus for my apple watch, not even 3 months free as promised.

Its so disappointing and frustrating, why all these service will not available?

I did buy iphone 11 last year when apple tv+ 1 year subscription available, but there was not.

Please answer when will Apple Fitness plus 3 months available in Korea?
