What to do if I can not re-install MacOS(High Sierra) which appeared in Mac Utilities after restart recovery?

My mac failed to upgrade its OS from Catalina to Bigsur. After I tried it again and again about 4 to 5 times, My Mac lost its OS(Catalina). When I turned it on, only question Mark in the white box appeared on the screen. After trying to to hold Command+R several times, I successfully restarted. But another problem occured. I could not reinstall MacOS(High Sierra) which appeared in MacOS Utilities. It says "UNTRUSTED_CERT_TITLE". Going to Apple store to download OS through Safari did not work either. I do not know what to do now

if you have another mac, you will be able to get catalina if you click the above link. it takes you straight to it. then read the above link about a bootable installer.

It's 13" 2016, sir. I thought it is fine to upgrade, but it didn't. Now I am fine if I can get back to Catalina.

sorry, because of your big sur install problems, i made an assumption. if your MBP 13" is NOT a 2013 or 2014, you can look at How to upgrade to macOS Big Sur and create a bootable installer for it.
