iPhone 12 Pro Max still has green tint screen after updating to iOS 14.3

I‘ve been told by that Apple has been aware of the issue and will roll out a fix for it.

However, I updated my iPhone 12 Pro Max right after iOS 14.3 was released. But the green tint issue still exists; pixels seem to glow green instead of going to completely dark in low-light environment. Is this a hardware issue that Apple cannot fix? Or Apple prefers to recall all the devices a year later.

Green tint appears on my device with below settings:

Cold winter: lower than 0 degree celsius when I'm jogging outside my house.
Dark mode.
Adaptive display.
Low brightness: around zero brightness.

Look forward to Apple's reply on this.

Basically, every time I touch the screen, the true black will rise up . For few secs then back to normal. And if you have over 50% content that is not black, the BG will still glow. Most disappointed thing is, the scenario will just keep getting worse by time. Really, Apple? 2 trillions company ?

I’m waiting for a Level 10 troll to tell everyone the green tint is a syntax error....

Any iPhone 12 users not experience this issue? or is it pretty consistent?

Jus to update... after days of no green tint, it’s back. Apparently night shift and True Tone were not a complete fix

Same here, and it’s very troublesome to keep back up and wait for a uncertain repair. I just gave up on it, wait for next IOS update.

no, there is issue also in all 14.5 betas. There are improvements (when the display is all black it works, when there is something the black is raised)
