Why I cannot upgrade my iCloud storage on my iPhone?

Yes I have attached the screen shot of same. When updating my payment information, I can see that everything is correct except the security code is missing. When updating it, I think it should be fine but still it’s not working.
Are you seeing any error messages or notifications?
