Apple gift card order stuck at processing

Hello!

Its been more than 24 hours that I have placed an order for an apple gift card.

Initially it says that it only needs one hour to be processed and emailed to the recipient. However, more than 24 hours have passed and the order is till at the “processing” status. I also was notified from my bank that the payment got through.

Can someone help pls?
