My iPhone won't charge until I flip the USB C connector from the base each time.

So I have this weird thing that's happening to all my usb-c chargers in the house.

If the power supply is plugged into a wall, and I plug my phone into it, my phone won't charge. However it I take the usb c connection from the power supply and flip it. It will charge.

im on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and this has happened on iPhones standard 20W Charger, and Ankers 30W.
