How to open .jar files on MacOS Big sur

a while ago , I updated this Mac to MacOS BigSur and when I tried to open my .jar file , nothin happened which then I tried to look answers from all over the web , some of them does have answers but since I am not good computer I’m not able to make the solution that the web provide works beside I’m not able to find any Video documented solutions to show me step by step how to make .jar works. Is there anyone able to show me step by step of what should I do ?

P.S: I have VScode installed and know how to read the paths so if that makes you guys to assist me easier
