the clock freezes and restarts

I bought an Apple Watch 3. The clock hung and rebooted. I handed it over under warranty repairs, they didn't find a mistake. When I picked them up from the service in 10 minutes, it all started to happen again! The clock freezes and reboots. What should I do?

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7

Hey there DmitryZikaryan,

We'd like to help get your Apple Watch to work smoothly, so let's rule out some basics:

  1. If you're pairing it with a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 14.3. You can verify which version number is installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. We see you have watchOS 7 installed, but the latest version is watchOS 7.2. You can verify which version number is installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to Update your Apple Watch.
  3. Have both devices been restarted? If not, check out Restart your iPhone and How to restart your Apple Watch.
