How do I deregister iMessages in a stolen ohone
Can’t deregister a stolen phone because text can’t be sent to iPhone which I don’t have. It was an iPhone 11 and my new one is 12 max
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Since I do not have the stolen phone I am able to remotely have it alert me when turned on and find its location but it was never turned on all services for the phone have now been cancelled.
However my problem is that I can’t turn off the text messages for that deleted phone number on my new phone which has a different number.I cannot receive text messages on that stolen phone to verify the account to cancel the iMessages Maybe I need to call Apple?
do this

Disable and erase the phone
Have the SIM or eSIM disabled
Michael Black I have bookmarked that!
@claudiafromplano
very brave to change your number, I hadn’t reckoned on you doing that!
I would have asked for a replacement SIM with the same number.
